Instructions for dismounting components of
the boiler:
DANGER:
Warning: There is the danger
of being scalded by hot water!
Before starting to work on the
boiler, the water must be
drained from the boiler.
There is no protection against
inadvertently pulling out a
component from the boiler and
spilling hot water.
Only replace complete cable
harnesses! Only use original
spare parts!
Never repair the cable harness
for the heating system. There
is the danger of a fire!
When a defect causes a short
circuit in the heating (the
customer's fuse has been
triggered) the solid state relay
and the safety contactor must
under all circumstances be
replaced together.
Do not damage the capillary
tube for the dry running
protection. Do not bend or
buckle it!
Hold the components when
disconnecting electrical
connections (valves and
temperature sensors) to
prevent hot water spillage from
the boiler. There is a danger of
being scalded!
CAUTION:
Make sure that the inner pipe
bends (1) are installed
correctly when remounting:
a) with the hot water valve the
long side must point
upwards at an angle of
approx. 15° (Fig. 2, 3),
b) with the product valve the
short side must point
upwards (Fig. 4).
