Max. admissable ambient temperature:
●
When the ambient temperature exceeds
90 °F a sufficient cooling cannot be
guaranted any more.
●
Important is the average ambient
temperature measured over a period of e.g.
24 hours.
●
When 2 uncooled flexi-packs are in the
cooling compartment it takes a relatively
long time before the concentrate
temperature exceeds the admissable
temperature during the day. Due to the
cooler night periods the concentrate
temperature is brought to a low "starting
temperature" for the next day.
Error indications cooling compartment
temperature:
●
For cooling compartment temperatures that
are outside the admissable range the
electronic control generates the follwing
error indications:
Code 8: Temperature
is greater than 44.6 °F
Error 9: Temperature is less than 33.8 °F
●
The first error indication normally occurs
when the mains supply has been interrupted
for a longer period of time.
●
When the cooling starts it takes approx.
1 hour (Code 8) until the cooling
compartment has cooled down from the
ambient temperature (77 °F) to a
temperature lower than 42.8 °F (the error
indication is stopped).
●
This error can also occur if the cooling
compartment has been filled with
unadmissable warm flexi-packs.
●
The cooling system was only designed to
keep the flexi-packs cool. To cool them
down can last up to several days even
when the cooling compartment has cooled
down to the correct temperature.
●
The second error indication (ERR9) can
occur when the ambient temperature is less
than 33.8 °F. This indication was mainly
installed to detect electrical faults in the
sensor circuit.
