Functions - Dosing System

Service Manual Cafitesse 500

●

The  mixer  motor  is  supplied  with  24  V  dc
by  the  switched  mode  power  supply.  When
a  delivery  button  is  actuated  (e.g.
espresso),  the  mixer  motor  is  selected  by
the  microprocessor  via  a  switching
transistor.  The  connecting  current  of  the
mixer  motor  is  limited  by  a  resistor.  The
software  supervision  is  performed  by  a
measurement  resistor:  When  the  current  is
too  high,  the  mixer  motor  is  switched  off.
The  service  panel  display  indicates  the
error  message  ERR19  when  the  left  mixer
unit  is  blocked  and  ERR21  when  the  right
mixer  is  blocked.
