Standard mode …… Give priority to positioning
fast.
Quality mode …… Position slowly. The result is
more accurate than in Standard mode. The
accuracy may not be high depending on the
signal quality, etc.
Using Map/GPS Application

Find out your current location and search for
information. Convenient functions such as navigation
are also available. Search for facilities that are helpful
in times of emergency. Use Chizu Talk to exchange
messages while displaying the location of a friend on
a map.

You can view a map, search for local information
and coupons.

Display by painting colors on the locations of cities
or prefectures you have ever positioned using GPS.
You can immediately check towns you have visited.

Various map modes are available: Normal map, 3D
map, Railway-emphasized map, Day/Night mode
map, etc.

All functions except for traffic congestion
information can be used free of charge for 60 days
from the first activation of Map Application.

Registration to My Menu of “ ゼンリン 地図＋ナ
ビ
” ( Navi) from ZENRIN DataCom is
required to use map appli after the 60-day trial
period ends.

Get total navigation support to your destination by
public transport, walking, or driving. A route that
avoids congestion can be searched.

Get train transfer guidance and view timetables.
z
Exchange messages while displaying the location
of a friend on a map.
z
Search for facilities that are helpful in times of
emergency. Emergency Map Application can be
used. No communication is required. Download the
emergency map of local area beforehand just in
case.
