Note the following when you transfer Schedule
data:
• A single i-schedule data is transferred as a
normal Schedule data.
• “Send all” does not send i-schedule data.
z
Note the following when you transfer mail data:
• Some phones may be unable to receive a part of
a subject.
• “Receive all” deletes all stored mail and user
created folders then receives data.
• If there is not enough free space in Inbox when
receiving one received mail, old received mail
are deleted automatically in order. However,
unread mail, protected received mail, i-mode
mail and SMS in the secret folder are not
deleted. It is recommended that you protect
important mail.
• If there is not enough free space in Outbox when
receiving one sent mail, the oldest unprotected
sent mail in Outbox is overwritten.
• When there is an attached file that has not been
completely downloaded, the mail is sent after the
attached file is deleted.
• When the i-
α
ppli activation specification or mail-
linked i-
α
ppli information is pasted into mail, the
mail is sent after the pasted data is deleted.
When a file attached to mail is restricted, the mail
is sent after the data is deleted. Also, a still
image may be deleted depending on the file
format. However, when sending sent mail or draft
mail, data received via cable connection or
copied from a microSD card are sent even when
“File restricted” is active.
• Mail-linked i-
α
ppli folder cannot be transferred.
The folder will be saved as a user-created folder
under the same name to the destination.
• The “Color coding” setting set on the received
mail list screen or sent mail list screen cannot be
transferred.
• Mail larger than 2 MB may not be sent correctly
via infrared data exchange.
z
When original common phrases are already stored
in all folders from Folder 3 to Folder 5, and fixed
common phrases in Folders 1 and 2 have not
changed since the time of purchase, received
common phrases will be stored in Folders 1 and 2,
overwriting the fixed common phrases.
z
Data may not be saved in the same order
depending on the model of the sender when
receiving all bookmarks.
Session number
z
“Send all” and “Receive all” require the session
number to authenticate the sender and recipient
devices. Before sending and receiving, the sender
and recipient should agree on a 4-digit number as
the session number and then both enter the same
number.
