Playing Flash movies on i-mode sites
or websites
You can play Flash movies when “Set image disp.” is
set to “ON”.
You can adjust volume in “Sound setting” during
Flash playback.
1 Open a Flash-compatible i-mode
site or website
2 Place the pointer on the Flash
The pointer changes to “ ” then Flash playback
starts.
Uploading Images or Moving
Pictures
Upload images or movies stored in the FOMA
terminal or microSD card from an i-mode site or
website compatible with file upload.

Data that can be uploaded: GIF (excluding frames,
stamps), JPEG images and i-motion, including up-
to-2MB animation.
z
The upload procedure varies depending on the
page. Follow the on-screen instructions.
1 Select a file selection link (such as
“Browse”) on i-mode sites or
websites
2 Select “My picture” or “i-motion”
3 Select a folder

4 Select a transmission link (such
as “Send”) on i-mode sites or
websites
The selected file is uploaded.

The following are available:
• Phone number (Phone To/AV Phone To
function): Make calls, send SMS
• Mail address (Mail To function): Send mail
• URL (Web To function): View i-mode sites or
websites
• Program information link (Media To function):
Activate TV, Booking program/Timer recording

These functions may not be available when mail or
site is received from computers, etc.
z
In addition to phone number, mail address or URL,
items such as “Please contact here” may be
available.
z
Only the Web To function is available for
Manga&Book.

Up to 2 Flash movies can be played
simultaneously in embedded playback with i-mode
Browser. You cannot play multiple Flash movies
simultaneously with Full Browser. However, with
both browsers, you can play Flash movie with GIF
animation.

If the Flash movie is located out of the displayed
range, scroll to the Flash movie to start playback.
z
Some Flash cannot be saved.
z
Some Flash may not make sounds.
z
When you place the pointer on the Flash movie
but it is not played, it may be played by moving the
pointer.
z
Some websites may automatically play the Flash
movie.

Some websites may not support uploading.
z
You cannot upload images or movies that are not
allowed to be output from the FOMA terminal.
z
You cannot upload images or movies larger than
80 KB.
