“ACMmax restriction cannot call”
●
This message appears when the accumulated call
charges exceed the upper limit set in a FOMA card
(UIM) and a call cannot be made. Perform “Reset total
cost” to release the restriction.

“Activating BOX lock Cannot download”
●
The entire Inbox/Outbox or mail-linked i-

ppli folder is
locked, and the mail-linked i-

ppli cannot be
downloaded or upgraded. To download or upgrade the

This message appears when you attempt a prohibited
operation while Restrict dialing is set.

●
This message appears when mail could not be sent to
the specified address.
“Attached file is deleted”
●
This message appears when you attempt to quote
received i-mode mail to send a replay and a file is
attached to the original mail. This message also
appears when a file prohibited to be attached to mail or
output from the FOMA terminal is attached to i-mode
mail you attempt to forward. Press
d
to delete the
attached file.
“Authentication canceled (401)”
●
This message appears when the “Cancel” button is
pressed on the Authentication screen.
“Authentication type is not supported (401)”
●
This message appears when authentication fails. Press
d
to return to the previous page.

“Cannot dial by Number B abroad Dial by Number
A”
●
This message appears when 2in1 is in B mode and you
attempt to make a call while overseas. Select “Dial (not
notify)” to hide the caller ID with Number A.
“Cannot reset by this Ext. IC card”
●
This message appears when you put the

mark
close to an unregistered contactless IC card during
user authentication using the IC card authentication
function.

“Cannot save attached file”
●
This message appears when you receive mail with an
attached file that cannot be saved, via infrared data
exchange, cable connection or copy from a microSD
card.
“Caution! This SMS includes Phone Nos. or
URLs. Be careful if you do not recognize the
sender.”

This message appears when you set “Message scan”
under “Scanning function” to “ON” and attempt to open
SMS containing a phone number or URL. Check the
sender, then press
d
to display the text of the SMS.

“Certificate is rejected (tampered)”
●
This message appears when an altered SSL/TLS
certificate has been received. An SSL/TLS
communication cannot be established with this site.
“Check new messages is set all OFF”
●
All checkboxes under “Set check new messages” are
deselected, and “Check new messages” cannot be
performed.
Select items under “Set check new messages”.

“Connection failed (403)”
●
The site could not be accessed for some reason. Retry
connection.
“Connection failed”
●
This message appears when the host setting is not
correct. Set the correct host in “Host selection” under
“Connection setting”.
