Other Lock each function activation.
• The data cannot be accessed from other functions.
• If data to be locked is set as a ring tone or receiving screen, the
default settings are used when the lock is set. (i-motion or image
set as Stand-by display will appear on the standby screen when the
lock is set.)
• When “My picture” or “Chara-den” is to be locked and the substitute
image is sent for a videophone call when the lock is set, the
“pre-installed” substitute image is sent.
• Machi-chara appears on the standby screen even when subject to
lock.

• Music&Video Channel programs can be downloaded even when
the lock is set.

• The alarm notification is not given when the lock is set and “Missed

Play/Erase VP msg. Lock each function activation (Record message can be set).
• When either of the functions is locked and the FOMA terminal is
folded, you cannot check “Record message” by pressing

Voice memo
Voice memo (in-call) Lock each function activation.
• Playing/Erasing a voice memo is not locked. (Lock “Play/Erase
msg.”)
Phonebook Phonebook/
Choku-Den Lock phonebook and Choku-Den activation. (This affects many
functions such as phonebook viewing.)
• Stored names are not displayed on the Dialed and Received calls or
Mail list screen when the lock is set. Phone numbers or mail
addresses are displayed instead.
• When “MSG display settings” under “Chaku-moji” is set to “Only
number in PH-book”, a Chaku-moji message is not displayed.
• You cannot set “Reject unknown” at the same time.
• “Call rejection”, “Call acceptation”, “Call Forwarding” and “Voice
Mail” are deactivated.
• Even if you press

) with the FOMA terminal folded while lock
is set, the name of the caller or sender cannot be read out.
