Remote Control)
The G-GUIDE EPG Remote Control is an i-
α
ppli that
combines digital terrestrial and analog and BS digital
TV program listings with audiovisual device remote
control functions. Monthly charges do not apply. It
allows easy access to details of programs that you
want to see, and you can check the content, start/end
time, etc. whenever and wherever you are. You can
also activate 1Seg from the program list. You can also
start the program list from 1Seg.
It is possible to set your digital video recorder to
record programs while away from home by giving
instructions via the Internet. (You need a hard disk
recorder that is compatible with online timer
recording. To use this service, you need to configure
the initial settings.)
You can acquire details on TV programs as well as
search for program information by genre or input text.
You can also operate your TV set, VCR, or DVD
player via remote control (some models do not
support this function).

To use this service, you will need to activate the G-
GUIDE EPG Remote Control, configure the initial
settings, and agree to the terms of use.
