F.4 Erosion Problem

Erosion problems may occur if any fluids flow into the drives. Please be aware of the
damages that erosion may cause to your drive.
1.

Erosion of internal components may cause the drive to malfunction and possibility to
explode.

Solution:

Install the AC motor drive in a standard cabinet to keep it away from fluids. Clean the drive
regularly to prevent erosion.
