2-13)Check for disconnection of J2511[1] of the lower neat stack unit return roller lifting motor. If no connector is disconnected, check other factors (disconnection
of cable and motor etc.).

3)Deliver a sheet of A4 or LTR paper into the tray A and tray B respectively to confirm if the symptom does not occur.

Description
If memory becomes full during scanning, the following messages appear on the touch panel display.
"Could not perform the operation because the memory is full."
Field Remedy
Delete unnecessary data from memory, and then scan the whole pages again.

Delete the unnecessary files stored in the Mail Box and Fax/I-Fax Inbox in the case of frequent display of memory full.

Scan the whole pages again after the current operation is complete.
