With the Location Tag parameter, a string (maximum 32 bytes) can be written to the device. This value typically
describes the location of the product in the application area.
Product Type Code
The Balluff type code is stored permanently in the BVS ID .
Product Order Code
The Balluff order code is stored permanently in the BVS ID .
Product Licenses
Shows the current available licenses in the BVS ID , e.g. "BVS Base, BVS Ident" .

With the Device Discovery function, an IO-Link device can be found again by starting signaling on the LED of the
device by means of a system command.

Device Discovery Timeout
The Device Discovery Timeout parameter sets the duration of the Device Discovery signal that is displayed via
LEDs. The value is specified minutes. The value range from 0 to 30 minutes is allowed. If the parameter is set to
0, the Device Discovery signal is deactivated. The parameter is reset by Application Reset and Factory Reset,
see chapter "Reset Commands".
