4-Way Valve / 2-Way Valve Coil Replacement

Tools:

Screwdriver

Steps:

1.  Perform the works (12.1) and (12.2)
2.  Disconnect the 4-way valve or 2-way valve on the inverter board
3.  Unscrew the screw of coil and remove the coil from the body

12.17.

PMV / 4-Way Valve / 2-Way Valve Body Replacement

Tools:

Screwdriver
Burner

Steps:

1.  Perform the works (12.1) and (12.2)
2.  Reclaim refrigerant gas
3.  Disconnect the corresponding connectors on inverter box
4.  Unbraze inlet / outlet of component

Ensure flames of burner do not damage the close component

-

After connecting the refrigerant pipe, check that the connection has no refrigerant
leakage

Relief Valve Replacement

Tools:

Screwdriver
Wrench of 20mm

Steps:

1.  Perform the work (12.2)
2.  Reclaim refrigerant gas
3.  Unscrew the relief valve with wrench of 20mm
4.  Replace by new relief valve in putting Loctite around the thread
