12.6.

Fixed Speed Pump Replacement

Tools:

Screwdriver
Wrench of 13mm
Wrench of 55mm

Steps:

1.  Perform the works (12.1) and (12.2)
2.  Empty the water of hydraulic circuit with the drain valve
3.  Unscrew the four screws of pump electrical box
4.  Disconnect the four wires in being careful of wire locations to respect the order of phases
5.  Unscrew the two hydraulic connections: inlet and Outlet with wrench 55mm
6.  Unscrew four screws which maintain the pump on partition panel with wrench of 13mm

In re-assembly the new pump, add at least 10 loops of Teflon tape to ensure the
waterproofness and don’t forget the gaskets

-

After component replacement, open the water supply source and water piping valve
to pass water through the hydronic kit and check the connection has no water
leakage

Variable Speed Pump Replacement

Tools:

Screwdriver
Wrench of 13mm

Steps:

1.  Perform the works (12.1) and (12.2)
2.  Empty the water of hydraulic circuit with the drain valve
