To reset alarms
1.
In the alarm menu, press and hold the Mode key and the
Schedule key simultaneously for 2 seconds.
2.
The reset alarm menu will be displayed.
3.
Press the Down key or the Up key to set the alarms reset to
“YES”.
Alarm reset: NO Alarm reset: YES
4. To confirm the alarms reset, press and hold the Mode key and
the Schedule key simultaneoulsy for 2 seconds.
To exit the alarm screen
1.
Press and hold the Occupancy key until the home screen is
displayed.

RC Errors
Some components failure may cause the RC to malfunction. In such cases, the error will be displayed on the screen.

E1 Communication failure
E2 Wrong configuration (Unit not configured to use RC)
E3 Profile table wrong size
E4 Parameter not found but mandatory
E5 Room Sensor failure
Access the parameter menu on the remote controller
Use the Up & Down arrows to select the following alarm parameters:
•
Inverter Alarm [P344]
• NHC Current alarm #1 [P346] to NHC current alarm #5 [P349]
• NHC Past alarm #1 [P350] to NHC past alarm #5 [P354]
9.3.3. How to cancel a check code
If the defect is limited by the check code displayed on the remote controller, please repair the defect based on the
tables in
9.3.5 .
Depending on check code, reset is completed by either;
•
Automatic, on completion of corrective action, or
• By power cycle (Off/On)
See following tables for alarm reset procedure by check code, including investigation and corrective actions.
9.3.4. How to determine the defect error by inverter board LED display
LED display on inverter board is to use only if there is a problem on alarm readiness by
remote controller or Proprietary Protocol. Otherwise give priority to alarm read from
parameters: [P344, Current alarm [P346] to [P349], and Past alarm [P350] to [P354],
refer to table in 9.3.5
