Header / Follower Alarms
If the Header unit cannot communicate with all of its Follower units for 10 minutes, then the alarm (23) will be triggered – the
Header unit will continue to operate.
If the Follower unit does not receive any information from the Header unit for more than 10 minutes, then the alarm (24) will be
triggered – the Follower unit will be stopped
High Pressure Switch
1) When the high pressure switch operates, the operation of the compressor is terminated
2) Alarm 33 is activated, and does power cycle to re-initiate the alarm and re-start unit
Compressor Case Thermostat
1) When the compressor case thermostat operates, the operation of the compressor is terminated
2) The compressor restarts after 2 minutes 30 seconds using [1] alarm count.
3) An alarm “70” is confirmed with the alarm count [10]
Over-Current Preventative Control
1) Operation of the compressor is stopped when the over-current protective circuit detects an alarm current.
2) The compressor restarts after 2 minutes 30 seconds using [1] as an alarm count.
After restart, the alarm count is cleared when operation continues for 6 minutes or more.
3) An alarm is confirmed when the alarm count takes a value of [8].
The alarm display is “62”, “64”, or “65”
High Pressure Release Control
1) The operation frequency is controlled to restrain abnormal rising pressure by TL sensor in Cooling operation and TR in
Heating operation.
2) When TL sensor in Cooling operation or TR in Heating operation detects abnormal temperature of the stop zone, stop the
compressor and the alarm count becomes [1].
3) When the compressor stopped with 2), the operation restarts from the point of the normal operation zone (e point or lower)
where it returned after 2 minutes 30 seconds.
