Disconnect the cable.

b. Disconnect the two gas fittings.

Disconnect the foreline adapter tubing.

d. Remove the two screws holding the module in place.

6. Install the new CI reagent gas flow module.

Insert the new module.

b. Reattach the screws.

Reattach the foreline adapter tubing.

d. Reconnect the gas fittings.

Reconnect the cable.
