E-Cam pre-engaged pulse number:
When PC66 u=4(engagement exceeds the specified
pulse number, it will be dis-engaged):
When E-Cam is disengaged, it will not stop but enter
pre-engaged status, the pre-engaged value is
determined by this parameter.
Pulse number send by mater axis must exceed this
parameter to ensure the E-Cam can be engaged. If
the setting pre-engaged pulse number is not
reached, the master axis pulse will be neglected.
For parameter sign is +: use forward pulse as lead
pulse.
For parameter sign is -: use reverse pulse as lead
