for detailed descriptions of CDR events.
20.2.4 DISPLAYING ONLINE CDR DATA
Use menu 20.2.2 to perform searches of CDR data. Searches can be as
general or specific as necessary. A general search provides more data to
review. A specific search takes the XC1000 more time to perform but
provides more details on the specific troubleshooting issue.
All criteria
entered must match before an event is displayed.
Searches can also be performed in near real-time mode. Near real-time
mode is the time it takes the XC1000 to record the event, plus a delay of
4–6 seconds. Near real-time mode can be especially useful if you are trying
to isolate a problem with a particular port or mailbox.
Follow these steps to specify the criteria used to display an online CDR
