times, and the Reformat menu shown in Figure 17-72 appears.

12 – Patch up clobbered user records (with bad lengths)

14 – Convert System Distribution Lists to Mailboxes

If any errors result from the validity checks, they must be
corrected before continuing the FCP conversion. Call the
Octel TAC immediately. You will need their assistance to
determine the appropriate recovery action. Do not attempt
to correct the problem(s) yourself.

37. Type 10 to select 10 – Check user records vs. AMT and press Enter .
a. At
ENTER “Y” TO CONFIRM UR/AMT CROSS CHECK:

y
and press Enter to continue.
b. When CHECK DONE – PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE appears,
press Enter . The

prompt reappears on the screen.
c. At the

prompt, type
reformat
and press
Enter
. The PC beeps a
few times, and the Reformat menu reappears.
38. Type 11 to select 11 – Check AMT addresses vs. internal record
numbers and press Enter .
a. At
ENTER “Y” TO CONFIRM AMT/UR CROSS CHECK:

and press Enter .
b. When CHECK DONE – PRESS ANY KEY TO CONTINUE appears,
press Enter to return to the > prompt.
39. At the > prompt, press F12 . The screen shown in Figure 17-73
appears.
