MiVoice Office 250 Installation and Administration Guide

Remove the memory card and insert the new memory card into the slot labeled COMPACT

FLASH, as shown in the following CS Controller example.

Plug in the power cord.

Restore the database with voive data included.

Check for any software updates and install them, if necessary. Although the larger compact

flash-type card has all the software included, always check for the latest software updates to

the system at

Mitel Online

(http://portal.mitel.com/wps/myportal/MOLHome). You will be prompt

ed to reboot if a reboot is needed. If using the Upgrade All option, the system will reboot

automatically, if needed.

Reload the license file.

Access the Administrator Web Session pages and do the following:

Click the

Advanced View

link at the top of the window, and then navigate to the IP Settings

tab. Click the

IP Access Control

link in the navigation bar.

Enter any rules that were listed on this page prior to the upgrade.

NOTE

Starting with the v4.0 software release, North American compact flash-type cards include both

English and Canadian French language prompts. If additional language prompts are required,

download and install the desired language packages.
