shows correct programming values for DDR SDRAM Bank Size and
shows correct values for number of DDR SDRAM Banks supported. Bank size and number
of banks values are used to calculate the total size of DDR memory supported. Calculated
value also provides the boundary the Base Address Registers is programmed with. Base
Address registers must be aligned to the total size of DDR memory supported.
shows the correct programming values for the secondary DDR SDRAM Bank Size.
Note:
For
, the secondary memory window must never be larger than the total
SDRAM size defined by the SBSR, or 2 GByte, whichever is smaller.
shows correct programming values for 32-bit DDR SDRAM Size Register. The
maximum size of the 32-bit region is one-half of Bank-0 size (all banks are same size)
or 512 MBytes, whichever is smaller.
