Configure subscriber 8801 under GW01 as the callin state so that only incoming

calls are permitted.

Configure subscriber 8802 under GW01 as the callout state so that only outgoing

calls are permitted.

Configure subscriber 8803 under GW01 as neither incoming nor outgoing calls are

permitted.
