350 - Heater Error

Message:  "Heater has been on too long. Please power cycle the Analyzer. If the problem persists, export errors 
and contact GE Analytical Instruments for further instructions and analysis."

Explanation:  There are a variety of causes for this error.  This error should be very rare.  Analysis of the exported 
errors will give the specific line of code that triggered the error in order to suggest the resolution.

351 - Software Invalid State Error

Message:  "Software invalid state error. Please power cycle the Analyzer. If the problem persists, export errors 
and contact GE Analytical Instruments for further instructions and analysis."

Explanation:  There are a variety of causes for this error. This error should be very rare. Analysis of the exported 
errors will give the specific line of code that triggered the error in order to suggest the resolution.

6401 - Operating System Error

Message:  "Operating system error. Please power cycle the Analyzer. If the problem persists, export errors and 
contact GE Analytical Instruments for further instructions and analysis."

Explanation:  This is a "catch all" for any errors not specifically defined elsewhere. These should be very rare and 
would relate to threads or potential communication issues. There could be a large number of causes that would 
be difficult to address in this section. Analysis of the exported errors will give the specific line of code that 
triggered the error in order to suggest the resolution.

6402 - Peristaltic Pump Life Error

Message: "The peristaltic pumps have exceeded their recommended life. Replace P1-SH and P1-R."

Explanation: Based on the history of usage, the Analyzer estimates that the life of the peristaltic pump in the 
Sample Handling and Reactor modules has expired. Order two new peristaltic pumps from GE now.

6403 - Tubing Life Error

Message: "The tubing has exceeded its recommended life. Replace the tubing in all pinch valves."

Explanation: Based on the history of usage, the Analyzer estimates that the pinch valve tubing life has expired. 
Order tubing from GE now to avoid down time and more costly failure of pinch valves.
