EMERGENCY Message
The motor controller monitors the function of its major assemblies. These include the power supply,
output stage, angle transmitter evaluation and the slots Ext1 … Ext3. In addition, the motor (temperat
ure, angle encoder) and limit switch are checked. Incorrect parameter setting can also result in error
messages (division by zero, etc.).
When an error occurs, the error number is shown in the motor controller's display. If several error mes
sages occur simultaneously, the message with the highest priority (lowest number) is always shown in
the display.

Overview
When an error occurs or an error acknowledgment is carried out, the controller transmits an
EMERGENCY message. The identifier of this message is made up of the identifier 80
h
and the node
number of the relevant controller.
