The system has detected an issue 
with the stability of the containers 
on the scales.  (Applicable to 2RBC

- Check that the red cell container is hanging 
properly on the red cell scale. 
- Resume the procedure.

Non-Recoverable 
Alarm Screen 

The system has detected an issue 
with the centrifuge door lock during 
start-up checks. 

- Open the centrifuge door.   
- Turn the instrument OFF, then back ON. 
- Open centrifuge door after STOP button test. 
- Allow start-up checks to complete with the 
door open. 
- If problem persists, contact the Hotline. 

7099 

Check AC Power 
Connection 

Primary power to the instrument 
has been lost.  The instrument will 
remain in standby mode until 
primary power is restored.  See 
Battery Back-Up section in this 
Chapter for more information. 

- Check that the power cord is connected to the 
back of the instrument and to AC power.   
- If waiting for primary power to be restored, 
infuse saline to donor to keep vein open.   
- Otherwise, press the STOP button to end the 
procedure.
