Using the Library

What Is the

Library?

In addition to projects, there is another container for saving material. Saving material

in the Library makes it possible for you to use the material in other projects besides

the one in which the material was captured. Saving titles, background video, logos,

and other pieces of material that are used in multiple sequences eliminates the need

to capture them every time.

Let’s save captured material in a project in the Library.

Display the Library.

Click the “Library” button. The Library window appears.

Project 3

The Library is on the internal hard disk. Saving something in the Library reduces the
amount of free space on the internal hard disk. The amount of free space on the
removable hard disk is not reduced.
