Effects

Let’s make the settings for moving the inset screen in Picture-in-Picture.

Place video on the tracks.

Place the video material you want to use as the background in the Main Video track

on the Timeline Palette. In the Insert track, place the video material you want to

display as the inset-screen overlay.

Apply Picture-in-Picture.

Switch the Effect palette to “Composition FX,” then drag the Picture-in-Picture icon

to the material on the Insert track.

Display the Effect Editor.

Double-click the Picture-in-Picture icon to display the Effect Editor. You can also

display the Effect Editor by right-clicking the effect icon and selecting “Set Effect

Parameter.”
