Editing Palette Selection Tabs

These change the editing mode (

Time Scale

This scale indicates the time of the sequence and the

playback position. The position bar moves to the
clicked region.

Marker Setting Buttons

These buttons make settings for timeline markers

(p. 283).

Set In Point/Set Out Point Buttons

These buttons set an In point and Out point for the

entire timeline (p. 282).

Move Cut Point Buttons

These select the video material either before or after

the currently selected video material (p. 279).

Audio Level Point Buttons

These buttons set the volume level for audio material

(p. 129).

Track Edit Buttons

These buttons are for editing material arranged on

the tracks.

Copy Button

These copy and paste the selected material (

Redo Button

This lets you redo an incorrect operation. It also lets

you restore an operation you have done back to its
previous state (p. 67).

A/B ROLL Button

Provides for use of the A/B Roll feature.

Audio Level Meter

This displays the volume level at the playback

location.

It works only during playback of a sequence.
