1.  Fasten the 

Mounting Plate

 to the Surface 

     Filler

 

using two of the #10 Phillips head 

     screws provided. See 

Figure 1

. 

  

 
2.  Position the Surface Filler Assembly   
     between two surfaces and flush off the  
     fronts. 
  
3.  Mark the four hole locations and remove 
     the Filler Assembly. 
  
4.  Drill four 1/8” diameter holes 1/2” deep. 
  
5.  Install the Filler Assembly with the four 
     remaining #10 phillips head screws. See
