EtherChannel Management Window

Priority—Priority value that prioritizes a potential hot standby router. The range is 1 to 255,
where 1 indicates the lowest priority and 255 indicates the highest priority. The default priority
value is 100. The router in the HSRP group with the highest priority value becomes the active
router.
Modify—Modifies the priority value according to the entry in the corresponding field for the
HSRP group.
Default—Modifies the priority value, regardless of the entry in the corresponding field, to the
default priority value for the HRSP group.
– Hello Interval—Hello interval in milliseconds. If this value is not configured, it can be learned
from the active router.

Hold Interval—Hold interval in milliseconds. If this value is not configured, it can be learned
from the active router.
Modify—Modifies the hello and/or hold values according to the entries in the corresponding
fields for the HSRP group.
Remove—Removes the hello and/or hold values entered in the corresponding fields from the
HSRP group.
Additional Notes Tab
The Additional Notes tab of the EtherChannel Management window contains the Notes area which is a
text box that allows you to type in additional notes.
