Checks
Generate a horizontal stripe test print
(PGTYPE=10). Is the image normal?
Execute ‘EPC’ under ‘FUNC’ in
service mode. Is the copy image
immediately after the execution
normal?
Is the primary charging unit installed
properly?
Is there electrical continuity between
both connectors of the high-voltage
cord connected to the primary
charging assembly?
Does the scanning lamp turn ON?
Does the problem occur when a
bank note is copied?
Does the problem occur when
copying an original similar to a bank
note?
Are the connectors and wiring
between the following PCBs normal?
