Envelope Tray

The optional cut-sheet paper feeder CF-500 is equipped w ith a dedicated tray

that retains envelopes.

Follow these steps to set envelopes in the tray:

Move the left guide until the inside edge aligns with the point zero (0) of

the paper settle.

Move the right guide according to the envelope width.

Lift the envelope weight.

|4|

Set envelopes with flaps down and face toward you.

Fan the envelopes before inserting them. This tray can hold up lo 40

envelopes. Make sure that flaps do not catch with each other.

Lower the envelope weight.
