Type a word in die entry area.
Use the

CORRECTION, CODE + CORRECTION,
or CODE + W OU T (W ord Out) keys to correct the word in the entry
area.

Press the { J (R eturn) key.
The word is added into the supplemental dictionary.
If the entry word already exists in the main or supplemental dictionaries,
the error message appears.

Press the END key to quit the SUPPLEMENTAL DICTIONARY
screen. And exit to the W P MAIN (MEMORY LIST) screen.
The CODE +

(INIT) keys are effective even in the add mode to clear the
supplemental dictionary.
Deleting Words
Unnecessary words can be deleted from the supplemental dictionaty.
Follow these steps:

Select the WP mode and show the WP MAIN (MEMORY LIST) screen.

Move the cursor to *SUPPLE.DCT withe the CURSOR keys and press
the
(Return) key.
The SUPPLEMENTAL DICTIONARY screen appears.

Type the word to delete in the entry area.
Use the
K— I (Backspace),
CORRECTION, CODE + CORRECTION,
or COD E + W OUT (W ord Out) keys to correct the word in the entry
area.

Press the
(Return) key.
The entry word is deleted from the supplemental dictionary. If you press
the ESC key immediately after the deletion, the deleted word can be
restored.
