(R eturn) key.
The selected phrase file is deleted from the disk.
To rename the phrase file, continue the following steps:
[13] Press the CURSOR keys to select the phrase file to be renamed.
[14] Press the COD E + 6 (RENAM E) keys.
The display shows the entry area of a new phrase filename with the .PHR
extension:

[15] Type a new filename with up to 8 characters.
If you press the ESC key at this step, the rename function is canceled.
[16] Press the ^_1 (R eturn) key.
The filename o f the selected phrase file is changed to the new one.
To copy the phrase file, follow these steps:
[17] Press the CURSOR keys to select the phrase file to be copied.
[ 18] Press the CO D E + 4 (COPY) keys.
The display shows the entry area for a new filename and the name of the
destination storage location to which you copy phrase files. Because the
default selection o f the storage device is the internal memory, you don't
need to specify the filename. The *PI IRASE appears in the entry area
with no cursor and the MEMORY storage location name appears.

[19] Press the SPA CEBA R to select the destination storage location, for this
practice, select MEMORY.
Pressing the SPACEBAR changes the storage location, MEMORY and
DISK alternately.
