Press the
(Return) key.
Because the typewriter does not find the word in the dictionaries, the
display changes like this:

SUGGESTION:
Suggests the alternate words to the suspected one.
ADD:
Adds the suspected word into the supplemental
dictionary.

Make sure that the the block cursor is located on SUGGESTION.
If necessary, press the CURSOR keys to move the block cursor.

Press the
(Return) key.
The typewriter enters SUGGESTION mode and the display shows the
alternate words. Refer to "Suggestion" in the section "Correction Mode."
If the typewriter cannot find any alternate words in the dictionaries, the
display says that no alternate words arc found. Press the E SC key and
type the word to be checked again.
If you select ADD at step 6 and press the ^_l (Return) key, the suspected
word is added into the supplemental dictionary.
When you are in the direct type mode with the cursor located at the end of
the text, you are allowed to press the
(R eturn) key again to print the
suspected word at the end of the text. Or when you arc in the display edit
mode, you are allowed to press the
(R eturn) key again to insert the
suspected word at the current cursor position.
