Once you store the current phrase library on the disk, proceed to the next step:

Press the CODE + 9 (DISK) keys.
The PHRASE FILE LIST screen appears to show the list o f the phrase
files stored on the disk.
The display looks like this:

To see more files, press the J , (C ursor Down) key. You can scroll the
display until the last line appears like below:

(RENAME):
CODE + 9 (DISK):

Deletes the phrase file selected by the cursor.
Copies the phrase file to the selected storage
location.
Renames the phrase file selected by the cursor.
Shows the list o f the phrase files stored on
the inserted disk.
Returns to the the PHRASE EDIT screen and
shows the current phrase library in the internal
memory.
To continue the following steps, you have saved some phrase libraries on tire
disk. If no libraries are stored or there are too few to accomplish the practice,
create and save phrase libraries on the disk. Or just read the steps to master the
techniques.
To delete the phrase file from the disk, follow these steps:

Insert the disk, which contains phrase libraries, into the disk drive.

Press the CODE + 9 (DISK) keys to show the list of the inserted disk.
The display shows the list o f the stored phrase files and the number of
files other than the phrase files and their total memory size.
[10] Press the CURSOR keys to select the phrase file to be deleted.
[11] Press the CODE + 2 (D ELETE) keys.
The typewriter asks you whether you are going to delete the selected
phrase file. If yes, proceed to the next step. If no, press the ESC key to
cancel the deletion.
