The feeder is supported by the paper support assembly. I f the paper guide

is all the way to the left, (lie cut-sheet paper feeder cannot be installed.

Move it to the right.

Hold the feeder by its sides w ith the. connector plug and the O-shaped
hooks down.

Push the feeder down onto the platen rod.

Note that the left C shaped hook is placed into the groove o f the plastic

sleeve and the gears are engaged w ith each other.
