Creating a Merge File

A merge file is a special lile dial contains lahclnames and data the typew riter
au ionuiiicaily merge into the fields o f the same lahclnames in (lie master file.

Fo llo w these steps to create a merge flic :

Open a new merge file in the W P mode.
