Calibrating a Symbol
1. Position symbol so that the raster scan lines
are evenly spread above and below the sym-
bol and will be parallel with the symbol length
as shown in the illustration.
2. Enable those settings required for your spe-
cific application.
3. Start the calibration procedure.

on page 4-3.)
If in the default
Search mode (
"Raster
Options"
on page 4-6), the raster pattern
will change to a single line, move to its top-
most position, and sweep slowly down until it
finds a symbol.
If no symbol is found, the raster will go to a straight line, centered
on its raster sweep.
