2. Go to the download folder, specified in your Microsoft Visual Studio
configuration. By default, this is in the \Program Files folder on your Matrox
Iris GT.
3. Run the application from the telnet window.
Copying your application to multiple Matrox
Iris GT cameras
If you have multiple Matrox Iris GT cameras that require copies of your
application, you should use file access to copy the necessary files to these smart
cameras. Once the Matrox Iris GT cameras are connected to a network, you can
transfer files using one of the following:
• The file server of Matrox Iris GT.
• The FTP server of Matrox Iris GT.

MIL examples
To assist you in the creation of MIL applications, several examples are installed on
your development computer during MIL installation. However, before these
examples can be executed on your Matrox Iris GT, they must be compiled on your
development computer.
Microsoft Windows
XP
When dealing with a computer running Microsoft Windows XP, the MIL
examples are stored in the
\Documents and settings\All users\Document\Matrox
Imaging\Iris Series\MIL for WinCE\Examples folder.
Microsoft Vista
When dealing with a computer running Microsoft Windows Vista, the MIL
examples are stored in the
\Users\Public\Documents\Matrox Imaging\Iris
Series\MIL for WinCE\Examples folder.
