Example
The following example will read the boot settings, found in the file
myparam.bpa,
and write them to the boot settings sector on your Matrox Iris GT.
Errors
•
Bad type of parameter specified
. An illegal command was used. Use only the
commands:
READ
,
READF
, and
SAVE.
•
Parameters restored with errors
. The file used for input might be corrupt.
ProcMon utility
The ProcMon utility allows you to inquire about all running applications on your
Matrox Iris GT. It lists the threads and modules of each process, as well as the
CPU load of each thread. It can also be used to kill a process.

Action
. Specifies the action that the utility should perform. This parameter can
be set to one of the following values:

lproc
. Lists all processes.

lthread
. Lists all threads in all processes or in one specified process. To specify
the process, use the
procid
parameter.

lmod
. Lists all modules in all processes or in one specified process. To specify
the process, use the
procid
parameter.
-
lload
. Lists the load in all the processes or one specified process. To specify the
process, use the
procid
parameter.
-
kproc
. Kills one specified process. You must use the
procid
parameter to specify
the process to be killed.
