Outgoing mail client settings
. Sets the simple mail transfer protocol (SMTP)
server domain name used to send email and network messages between your
Matrox Iris GT and the rest of your network. It also provides a way to test these
settings, once enabled.
Remote view settings page
The
Remote view settings
page is used to define the basic information required
to create the View utility.
Field name
Description
SMTP server domain name
Specifies the name of your local SMTP server used to send emails.
Button name
Description
Change mail client settings
Accepts changes made for the SMTP server.
Link name
Description
Test eMail and network message
Loads the
Net Send and mail validation
page.
Field name
Description
Maximum number of simultaneous clients
Specifies the maximum number of computers that can connect to the View utility at
the same time.
RemoteView CAB base name
Specifies the name of the cabinet (CAB) file referenced when installing the
RemoteViewActiveX control.
Remote CAB VROOT folder location
Specifies the name of the folder used as the virtual root base of your Matrox Iris GT.
This virtual root bases is used by ASP pages to create RemoteViewActiveX
instances.
RemoteView image update using 2D modified regions
Specifies whether to send only the modified regions of interest of an image or the
entire image when the remote view update process occurs.
RemoteAgent histogram tracing
Specifies that a histogram should be produced when using the RemoteAgent
MFOCUS view display.
RemoteAgent focus indicator
Enables the RemoteAgent MFOCUS indicator on the
View utility
page. To set the
focus ring of your Matrox Iris GT to its optimal position, maximize the indicator value
while adjusting the focus ring of your Matrox Iris GT.
Note that the focus indicator is only available when either a temporary license is
active or the Image Analysis package license enabled.
