Note that when routing output signals from the smart camera connector, the
observed voltage at the output pin will be low when auxiliary output signals are
set to on and high when auxiliary output signals are set to off if there is an external
pull-up resistor connected. Without an external pull-up resistor connected, the
observed voltage at the output pin will be floating when auxiliary output signals
