Assignment settings page
The
Assignment settings
page provides control over applications executed during
the initialization of your Matrox Iris GT. This page also allows you to run a new
application directly at any time.
•
Synchronization settings.
Specifies all the information required to synchronize
start-up applications during the power-up of your Matrox Iris GT.
Check box name
Description
3...0
Specifies the user-defined signal to affect.
Field name
Description
Enable
Enables the specified user-defined signal(s) and the specified input interrupt settings.
Rising
Specifies to generate an interrupt upon a low-to-high signal variation. Otherwise, the interrupt is generated upon a
high-to-low signal variation.
Field name
Description
System loader path
Specifies all the folders in which Matrox Iris GT should look for applications and
components whenever an application is launched. Each folder should start at the root and
be separated by a semi-colon (;) (for example,
\Windows\;\CEDisk\Tools\;\CEDisk\Mil\;
).
System font path
Specifies the path to the current location of the system fonts files.
Matrox Iris folder used for synchronization
Displays the name of the folder (
\CEDisk
) that your Matrox Iris GT checks to see if the
flash disk is ready to be read. If the flash disk can successfully read the specified folder,
the boot process of your Matrox Iris GT continues. If the flash disk cannot be read, the
boot process will wait and try again. Refer to the
Synchronization number of loops
field
and the
Synchronization number of milliseconds per loop
field
to set the amount of time
that the synchronization process will wait before trying again.
The name of the folder cannot be changed.
Synchronization number of loops
Specifies the number of times that the \CEDISK folder is checked to see if the flash disk is
ready to be read.
Synchronization number of milliseconds per loop
Specifies the number of msecs between each check to see if the flash disk is ready to be
read.
