Chapter 7: Creating a Microsoft Windows CE application for Matrox Iris GT
Configuring your Microsoft Visual Studio project’s environment
When creating a MIL application for your Matrox Iris GT, you must specify the
platform and the location of the Microsoft Windows CE version of the MIL
include files and library files required. This is typically done once, just before
creating your first Microsoft Visual Studio project for a MIL application.
1. Start Microsoft Visual Studio.
2. Select the
Tools Options
menu command. The
Option
dialog box is displayed.
3. Expand the
Projects and Solutions
option from the tree structure. Select the
VCH+ Directories
option from the tree structure.
4. Set the
Platform
drop-down list box to the
IRISGTDISP (CE6)
option.
By default, certain include and library files will be displayed based upon your
selection of the platform.
5. Set the
Show directories for
drop-down list box to the
Include
files option.
6. Add the following path to the list of include folders:
\Program Files\Matrox
Imaging\Iris Series\MIL for WinCE\MIL\Include
