Attach the ground wire to the desired location by slipping the ring-
terminal at the end of the wire onto the screw and replacing.

Replace the electrical outlet face-plate.

You may now resume use of the clock, with employees using the
static discharge plate as desired.

Note:

When connecting the ground wire to the face-plate mounting

screw, you do not have to remove the face plate. You can simply attach
the ring-terminal to the mounting screw on the

outside

of the face-plate.
