Use this problem summary form in this appendix to record information displayed
on the control panel when a problem occurs on the system.
Note:
Determine if the system has logical partitions. Go to “Determining if the
System Has Logical Partitions” on page 943, before continuing with this
procedure.
If the system has logical partitions, then use this form to record information
displayed on either the control panel or the
Work with Partition Status
screen. To
access the panel functions of a logically partitioned system go to
