On the spectrum analyzer, connect the CAL OUTPUT to INPUT 2.

amplitude.

spectrum analyzer, press SWEEP and wait until

the marker A amplitude (a negative value) in column 2 of Table
Repeat steps 8 and 9, decreasing the output power from the
frequency synthesizer in 10
steps from -10 to -80
Subtract the value in column 1 from
the
value in column 2 for
each setting to find the fidelity error.
