If Managed Server transactions coexist in a clustered system, start the Managed Server transactions in the primary node for a
target transaction.
Use the Failover Cluster Manager to start the Managed Server transactions.
If multiple Managed Server transactions exist, apply this procedure for each Managed Server transaction.

In all of the nodes in which the Storage Cruiser's agent has been installed, start the service of the Storage Cruiser's agent. Refer
to "Starting and Stopping Agent" in the
ETERNUS SF Storage Cruiser Operation Guide
for information on how to start the service.
5.
Start the local transactions on all the nodes.
With the Windows services screen, stop the AdvancedCopy Manager COM Service.
6.
If the ETERNUS SF SNMP Trap Service was used with the previous version, on all the nodes, start the ETERNUS SF SNMP Trap Service
with the Windows services screen.
Point
When ETERNUS SF Manager has been recovered to normal state by performing the task described in "
11.3.1 In Case of Problem During
Upgrade of ETERNUS SF Manager (for Windows)
", to ensure data consistency, execute the stgxfwcmmodsrv command to perform the
server information change processing.
Specify the Management Server name to the -n option and execute the stgxfwcmmodsrv command. Check Server column of the
stgxfwcmdispsrv command execution result for the Management Server name specified to the -n option.

7.1.3 Resuming Operation
With the above, the upgrade is completed. Restart operation after performing the following actions.
1.
Deleting Web Browser's Cache
If operating Web Console from the same web browser as before the upgrade, delete the web browser's cache prior to operation.
2.
Reloading Device Information
If all the following conditions are satisfied, this procedure is not required:

The pre-upgrade environment is Version 16.3.
-
In the pre-upgrade environment, the patch for Problem Report Number PH09090 has already been applied to the
Management Server.

The storage device that is in use is the ETERNUS DX S3 series or the ETERNUS DX200F, whose firmware version is V10L60 or
later.
If the above conditions are not satisfied and you use the new supported function from this version level, perform the following
operations with Web Console to reload the server information.
a.
On the global navigation tab, click Storage.
The registered ETERNUS Disk storage systems are displayed in the Main pane.
b.
On the Main pane, check the target ETERNUS Disk storage system checkbox.
c.
On the Action pane, click Reload Conf. under Storage.
